There’s never any time to waste when rumors await. Lead Rumor: WWE/TNA partnership talk It was just the other day that rumors had Dave Meltzer was speculating that WWE would be moving on from the partnership with TNA now that it’s become clear they won’t be opposing Dynamite on Wednesday nights and haven’t done much to hurt AEW. That was, apparently, the reason for the partnership from the beginning. Well, now that all the teams in the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic have been announced and TNA is suspiciously absent from the field, folks are curious. To that end, WrestleVotes had some word on the situation. They say the partnership between WWE and TNA is not over but it’s definitely not as strong as it once was, and it’s simply not as important to NXT as it was even six months ago. The focus now is on AAA more than TNA. Which makes a whole lot of sense, for obvious reasons.
