Young Bucks get blockbuster match for AEW Redemption PPV
The tag team division in AEW is about to explode with epic matches galore. Speculation is increasing that the New Day and the Motor City Machine Guns are soon to be All Elite. Not to mention that the Young Bucks have yet to wrestle Adam Copeland and Christian Cage face to face. That dream match appears to be simmering for All In. In the meantime, the Young Bucks got themselves a blockbuster match for Redemption. During Collision (July 18, 2026), The Jackson boys had the testicular fortitude to call out Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay for the PPV. This isn’t just about the testing themselves to prove they are the top team in AEW. The bigger picture for the Young Bucks is to protect Kenny Omega. Sir Kenneth has a date to defend the AEW World Championship against Ospreay at All In. The Bucks don’t like seeing Kenny get chummy with Bruv, because they suspect it is a trap from the Death Riders. Matt and Nick want to prove that Ospreay can not be trusted now that he is a member of Moxley’s crew.

Kenny Omega Calls Out Fan for Comparing Will Ospreay to Charlie Kirk
AEW‘s Kenny Omega called out a disrespectful fan for comparing Will Ospreay to late political activist Charlie Kirk. The fan took to X/Twitter to post, “Will Ospreay is as bad on the mic as Charlie Kirk, but can’t sell the neck as well as he did.” However, reigning AEW World Champion Kenny Omega didn’t take […] The post Kenny Omega Calls Out Fan for Comparing Will Ospreay to Charlie Kirk appeared first on Wrestlezone.

Cage & Copeland get another pair of Death Riders at AEW Redemption
On last week’s big Beach Break edition of Dynamite, AEW reset the scene for its big return to London’s Wembley Stadium for All In on Aug. 30. But they also have a PPV along the way, the first-ever Redemption next Sunday in Montreal; the latest episode of Dynamite was tasked with building the card for that July 26 event. It did so on last night (July 15) on an episode of Dynamite that saw many of its stories woven through what figures to be All In’s main event, World champ Kenny Omega defending against Owen Hart Cup winner Will Ospreay. Reigning tag champs Christian Cage and Adam Copeland have been feuding with The Dogs, and via an alliance with Ospreay’s new crew the Death Riders. On the most recent Dynamite, fka Edge & Christian successfully defended the belts against the Riders’ Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia. No surprise, as Yuta and Garcia are the DRs youngest and most-likely-to-job members. Likewise, it wasn’t shocking when David Finlay and The Dogs attacked the AEW Tag Team champ

AEW Dynamite recap, reactions (July 15, 2026): Redemption main event
There was one big question heading into AEW Dynamite (July 15, 2026). The Redemption PPV is next weekend, and the main event hadn’t been established yet. We received that answer for Kenny Omega’s first world title defense. Plus, three more championship bouts were booked, the Painmaker returned, Mercedes Moné main-evented in her hometown, and more from MGM Music Hall at Fenway in Boston, Massachusetts. Redemption main event Prior to Dynamite, the only match on the Redemption card was Thekla defending the AEW Women’s World Championship against Willow Nightingale. It was unclear how AEW would proceed in the men’s world title picture. Kenny Omega won the gold last week from MJF, and promotion is full speed ahead for Omega versus Will Ospreay at All In in Wembley Stadium. Who would Omega face at the PPV in between? The answer is Kevin Knight. Omega was given the spotlight for his world championship celebration. The Young Bucks presented the proper belt to replace MJF’s Triple B. The time

AEW reveals some of its big plans for Kevin Knight
Before Dynamite tonight (July 15), Wrestling Observer’s Bryan Alvarez followed-up on the Fightful report Geno shared in last night’s Rumor Roundup about AEW’s plans for TNT champion Kevin Knight. Alvarez posted that “as of a few days ago, Kenny Omega vs. Kevin Knight was the Redemption title match”. Sure enough, by the time AEW’s live show from Boston was done, Knight was booked to challenge Omega for his freshly won AEW World title at next Sunday’s PPV in Montreal. He and the new champ agreed to it during Kenny’s celebration on Dynamite Wednesday night. That also featured Owen Cup winner Will Ospreay, who will challenge whoever hold AEW’s top prize come Aug. 30 when All In returns to Wembley Stadium. Ospreay was respectful of his old rival and hero before Knight arrived, despite the coaching of his new Death Riders mentor Jon Moxley. The Jet was less so, demanding the shot he’s “owed” because MJF promised it to him before Omega’s Ospreay-ensured win last week. Despite this, the champ

AEW Stars’ Face-Off Called Real-Life Goku Vs. Vegeta on Dynamite
Kenny Omega and Will Ospreay shared a memorable face-to-face on the July 15 episode of AEW Dynamite, but it wasn’t just about the AEW World Championship. As the road to All In gathered momentum, Ospreay found an anime comparison that perfectly captured the magnitude of their upcoming clash without revealing all his cards too early. How Andrade knows he’s getting a title shot at AEW’s next PPV
Andrade El Ídolo’s push continued on AEW Dynamite, with a pre-taped hype video followed by an interview with Renee Paquette. The former was more general, reminding us of The Real Latino Man’s gimmick and quest to win the World title. The latter was more specifically focused on Andrade’s issues with his old stable The Don Callis Family, and the match he had tonight (July 15) against The Family’s Jake Doyle for the right to challenge The DCF’s Mark Davis for the National title. The chat with Renee Paquette was one of the longer interviews I can remember Andrade ever doing in English, and he handled it well. He also revealed that he was now in possession of MJF’s Dynamite Diamond Ring, and used his catchphrase to essentially confirm it was a gift from Will Ospreay, the man who took it from the former World champion in the match where Kenny Omega took Max’s belt last week. The stakes are clear for @AndradeElIdolo! Beat Jake Doyle TONIGHT, earn a shot at the #AEW National Title. But those
