Undertaker blames one man for his ‘no-brainer’ dream match with Sting never happening in WWE

The Undertaker vs. Sting is a dream match that never happened during Sting’s brief run in WWE circa 2015. For some reason, we instead got Triple H going over Sting at WrestleMania 31. WWE really tried to convince fans that Sting vs. Triple H was also a dream match, but I can only speak for myself when I say it’s never a match I dreamed about when I watched both WWF and WCW during their Monday night war. The Undertaker has been asked so many times over the years about why the match with Sting never happened. At first he downplayed hype for the match by saying things like it sounded better on paper than in reality, and the window was basically closed by the time Sting got to WWE because they were both so much older.
