Soggy, shivering Adam Cole just part of AEW’s efforts to back Rebel’s ALS campaign

AEW’s Rebel (formerly with TNA, and before that a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, under her real name Tanea Brooks) was recently diagnosed with ALS, the fatal nerve condition also known as Lou Gehrig’s disease. While obviously terrible news, the 47-year-old has approached it with a remarkable spirit. Rebel immediately set out to be an ambassador for ALS research and treatment, leading AEW to help her efforts with merch with the proceeds going to fight the disease. And following the lead of another name who was recently diagnosed with ALS, former NFL running back Chris Johnson, Rebel’s helped bring back the viral Ice Bucket Challenge trend.
