Ric Flair reveals health issue that caused him to miss event

However, he revealed that he has a blood clot in one of his legs which has limited his ability to travel long distances. While he wasn’t able to attend in person, Flair did appear via a Zoom video call to accept the award. During the call, he shared the news of the blood clot and explained he is also due to appear in Philadelphia soon, thus making the trip to Vegas not advisable.
