AEW reveals semifinal matches for Continental Cup

The field for the AEW Continental Challenge Cup is down to four. The quarterfinals concluded on Collision (Aug. 22, 2026), and the semifinal matchups were revealed. The final four is going to rock. First up was teammate versus teammate as Orange Cassidy wrestled Kyle O’Reilly. The Conglomeration mates competed with intensity, even though, there was room for silliness. Neither man gained an edge as they exchanged duels in mat work then suplexes then strikes. In the end, the ankle lock was the answer. O’Reilly found success with that hold, and he was persistent with it.
