His accuser, a man named Richard Reap, claimed that Kaiser and his girlfriend were acting in an “uncontrollably intimate” manner on the elevator. Reap says Kaiser attacked him for simply asking them to stop. Kaiser, whose real name is Marcel Barthel, plays El Grande Americano for WWE’s lucha libre brand AAA in Mexico.
