Dominik Mysterio headlines AAA Verano de Escandalo event

Dominik Mysterio created an unlikely alliance to headline the AAA Verano de Escandalo event. Dirty Dom will team with El Grande Americano to wrestle two members of Los Perros del Mal. Dominik’s motivations are up for debate. Whether it be self-preservation or a con game, the risk is great in trusting that scoundrel. The plan is for Dominik to defend the AAA Mega Championship against El Grande Americano at Triplemania in September. The Perros threw a monkey wrench in the mix when they debuted and attacked EGA. Dom doesn’t want to suffer that same fate, and he also claims that he wants EGA healthy to have their mega showdown. Thus, Dominik is watching EGA’s back. Even though there hasn’t been any obvious hints of treachery from Dom in this storyline, he’s burned El Grande Americano in the past.
