On Friday at 9:36 a.m. PT, Fightful noted on X that two matches advertised for tonight’s SmackDown were removed from WWE’s website: the tag team title match featuring tag champs The MFT defending against Damian Priest & R-Truth, and Blake Monroe’s in-ring main roster debut against Giulia. But a scan of WWE’s website at 12:15 p.m. PT showed both matches were still advertised. So, why is this a story? On Thursday, WWE advertised three matches for Main Event through the show’s airing on YouTube. However, viewers were stunned when the program ended after Giulia vs. Michin. Main Event, which typically runs around 30 minutes, lasted just 12:16. The other advertised matches — Maxxine Dupri vs. Wendy Choo and Akira Tozawa vs. Jasper Troy — didn’t air. WWE did not publicly address the issue, instead quietly changing the description and thumbnail on its YouT
