Lead rumor: Trick Williams’ future If you were anything like me, you were shocked when Baron Corbin beat Trick Williams to win the United States championship at SummerSlam. It’s not that Corbin shouldn’t be holding a title like that so much as it didn’t feel like the right time for Trick to lose it. Unless, of course, he is getting elevated. Sure enough, word coming from WRKD Wrestling is that he’s “onto bigger and better things” after his title loss. He’s apparently been “mentioned as an early pick for a potential Money in the Bank win.” Of course, that show isn’t for another two months, so we’ll see how things go in the meantime.
