Roman Reigns can’t let go of Seth Rollins’ betrayal

I wondered what direction WWE would take the Roman Reigns vs. Seth Rollins face-to-face meeting in the main event segment of this week’s episode of Monday Night Raw in Los Angeles, California. They went back-and-forth with some personal shots, sure, including Reigns saying the entire industry needs him to beat Rollins while Seth brought his former friend’s kids into it, saying he hopes to make them cry once again when he shows them their dad is still his bitch. Pretty rough! In the end, though, the story went back to the same thing it has always been about. This isn’t about two guys at the top of their game fighting over a championship. It’s about the fact that Reigns simply cannot let go of Rollins betraying him, breaking up The Shield in 2014 with a chair shot to the back, changing both of their lives forever.
