Released former WWE Women’s champ returned to tag with her husband

Yesterday (July 24), several pro wrestlers reminded us that their time at WWE ended no long after WrestleMania 42. They did so because most WWE contracts have a clause prohibiting them from working for another pro wrestling promotion for 90-days after it ends or is ended early. Nicola Glencross didn’t send out a reminder. That’s probably because the wrestler known as Nikki Cross until April was planning to team with her husband in a surprise return to the independents in Ireland.
