New WWE champ CM Punk has a full-time schedule this summer

Part of the ‘CM Hogan’ criticism that’s followed CM Punk’s return on the July 6 Raw in Chicago was that he’d been a part-timer this year. Prior to replacing Cody Rhodes and beat Sami Zayn for the Undisputed WWE championship this past Monday night, Punk had been off since the night after WrestleMania back in April. He’ll be making towns now that the company’s entrusted them with one of its top prizes. Money player Punk is listed as a featured superstar for all SmackDown tapings listed on WWE.com’s event page.
