The first round of the Continental Cup continued on tonight’s (Aug. 12) episode of AEW Dynamite. First up was Jay White fighting David Finlay in a grudge match. It appeared like the ref was close to calling the match off after White suffered a stinger (that’s the term used by AEW commentators) or some kind of neck injury.
