Jade Cargill vs. Charlotte Flair is finally happening in WWE, but not on a PLE

There were several major developments for WWE’s blue brand at SummerSlam, and WWE has now announced multiple segments for Friday night’s (Aug. 7) fallout episode of SmackDown.
