Nick Aldis temporarily relinquished his duties as SmackDown GM to return to the ring for his first ever WWE match at SummerSlam Saturday. Aldis did the job for GUNTHER and then went right back to his authority figure role at SummerSlam Sunday, where he brought Kevin Owens back to WWE. Aldis’ immediate return to the GM role bummed out some fans who were impressed with his performance against GUNTHER and wanted to see him work more matches in WWE going forward. But fret not, Aldis fans, because the latest report from WrestleVotes Radio indicates that we will probably see The National Treasure back in action in WWE.
