WWE left the door wide open for Nick Aldis to have another match after his impressive showing against Gunther on Night One of SummerSlam this past Saturday (Aug. 1). His boss Triple H said “never say never” when asked about another match for SmackDown’s reinstated General Manager immediately after the show. While critiquing his match with Sam Roberts on WWE Now’s SummerSlam Saturday recap, the 39-year-old Aldis admitted he was exhausted/out of breath (aka “blown up”) early in the match — understandable given he only had a month to train for it after finding out in late June while in Saudi Arabia for Night of Champions: “I was so blown.
