Cope & Cage get their asses kicked at AEW Redemption, and also get new opponents at All In

Tonight’s (July 26) Redemption pay-per-view in Montreal featured AEW World Tag Team Champions Christian Cage and Adam Copeland defending their belts against Claudio Castagnoli and “The Bastard” PAC. This was one of the most predictable matches of the night, given that most fans logically assumed Cope & Cage aren’t dropping these belts to the Death Riders’ B-Team right before AEW’s biggest show of the year, especially with future title matches against the likes of the Young Bucks (and maybe New Day and Motor City Machine Guns) still out there. AEW tried to combat that extreme predictability by having the challengers ambush the old guys before the match officially began. With one babyface always too beat up to even stand on the ring apron for a potential tag, the Riders’ controlled the pace and beat the shit out of the champs for what seemed like at least 90% of the match. .@BASTARDPAC and @ClaudioCSRO are not waiting around!
