Blake Monroe still hasn’t wrestled her first WWE main roster match

During this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Blake Monroe was approached for an interview backstage. Dressed only in a robe, she was frantically looking for something to wear. The scene that unfolded was comical. I’ll let our resident live blogger extraordinaire, Claire Elizabeth, take it from here, as she put it in the Cageside offices: Blake Monroe fake looking for clothes to wear backstage while clearly wearing her gear under a robe and then taking the robe off when the interviewer says she thinks she’ll look great no matter what and revealing the gear she had on the whole time is a whole other level of I don’t even know what. I could not agree more. The whole thing was a goofy way to get to her big debut match on the blue brand, something WWE has been holding off on for far too long.
